The vision of Rose Energy is to become IPP in Cambodia by developing and building state of the art Solar Farms wherever needed and serving its purpose to assist in powering the existing grid.
Currently, the company is under the leadership of Mr. James Gramberg, Chief Executive Officer. James responsibility is overseeing, developing and deploying all Rose Energy Company activities of the Group and report directly to the shareholders.
James is an experienced and experimented professional in solar fields. He has an in-depth knowledge in the energy fields and a proven track record on developments and implementations of power plants and EPC constructions all-over South-East Asia. Thus, Rose Energy is an active and specialized developer of Solar Power Plants.
Professionally and working always ahead, with the latest technologies, Tier 1 components only, and with the highest safety standards available, Rose Energy will make an important step towards the needed stability and growth of the existing Grid in Cambodia.

Rose Energy has gained trust from its partners, we work with Chinese state-owned energy companies, a Japanese multinational, a Thai partner and Malaysian investors all having agreed to partner our operations and will provide their very high-end experience, cooperation and assistance on development and expertise for the construction of our projects.
It is our ambition and wish, to establish a frame work of Power Plants in Cambodia over the coming years, unseen in the region, making Cambodia independent of power imports and stronger in running and controlling their own more stable balanced and reliable grid.
Additionally, Rose Energy is experimenting on the implementation of vertical wind power units that can solve many existing utility and urban solutions for power cost reductions, which is a welcome offer towards the daily growing circle of customers.
As the Imperial Empire activities have also under their umbrella other very interesting items as our Rose Plastics PVC plastic factory we will set up for a large group of installers and entrepreneurs the option to purchase small scale items as Solar panels Tier 1, charge controllers and inverters , and windmills any size to purchase at their convenience, helping them to avoid enormous investments and have less cash flow problems.
